FAQs > Working at LSE > Are there regular staff meetings? What happens in them?
We have regular staff meetings once every two weeks. They typically last 20-30 minutes depending on the agenda. They are run by the Director of Studies and involve discussing academic, administrative, and social matters. Frequent topics are timetables, new courses, information about tests, and upcoming holidays and social events. The main purpose of staff meetings is to provide teachers with the most relevant information needed to perform their jobs.
